Our Dark Roast isn’t your typical cup. We take the same stunning coffees we use for our other blends and bring just a little more development during the roasting process. The result is a creamy smooth coffee with beautiful hints of apple and fig that fold into a smoky and rich texture.

While we rotate what goes into our Dark Roast, it’ll always be one of our favorite Latin American coffees. This allows for a substantial and easy going cup with just the right amount of roasty kick.
