This lot from Benjamin Paz is remarkable any way you brew it. La Salsa is a beautiful farm in the El Cedral township within the greater area of Santa Barbara, Honduras. And Paz has crafted something objectively wonderful! He took home 1st place in the 2022 Honduras Cup of Excellence with his Gesha variety.
We are absolutely thrilled to be able to offer this amazing coffee. Exotic notes of tropical fruits and florals start this cup off with a punch. Mellow chocolate and panella flavors layer the syrupy body as it cools into a beautiful lofted aftertaste.
