Sumava de Lourdes is a magical farm built upon the premise of making something uniquely equipped to produce world class coffees using world class resources. Francisco Mena helped bring equity and marketability to Costa Rican farmers by leading the charge on the micro mill revolution in the 2000s, now he has set his eyes on making the best farm in the country.

This lot is an anaerobic natural process. Meaning that when the coffee was picked it was sorted and then contained in barrels without access to oxygen. This develops lactic acid which in turn creates some wildly unique coffee flavors.
